Shipping Policy

Orders placed after 3 PM CST on December 10 are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. 

Please allow from 2-5 business days for your order to process before shipping, and 5 to 7 business days for delivery.

We ship through USPS and Fedex, and we do not ship on national holidays.

Shipping Rates are as follows:

• Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout. The weights of the items included in your cart will determine the shipping charge.
  

• International (non US), please contact our office at 1-800-234-1595

• APO/FPO Armed Forces: Si says “No charge!”

NOTE: INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, CUSTOM FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN SHIPPING COST.

During high volume seasons, please allow an additional 5 business days.
