Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to process before shipping, and 5 to 7 business days for delivery. During high volume seasons, please allow an additional 5 business days for delivery due to postal delays.
We ship through USPS and UPS, and we do not ship on national holidays.
To ensure fastest delivery, please input the correct shipping address at checkout. Incorrect shipping addresses will cause delays in processing and shipping times.
Shipping Rates are as follows:
- Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout. The weights of the items included in your cart will determine the shipping charge.
- International (non US), please contact our office at 1-800-234-1595
- APO/FPO Armed Forces: Si says “No charge!”

Holiday Shipping:
Domestic orders must be place by 3:00 PM on December 10 to guarantee Christmas delivery. International orders must be placed on or before December 3 to guarantee Christmas delivery.
